Lake Forest Park residents get free access to official, timely crime data through the CityProtect.com website. Access your local crime map and sign up for daily, weekly, or monthly email crime alerts at CityProtect.com. There you will find an interactive map with crime data linked to addresses. On the Filters tab be sure to check the ‘Select all Incidents’ box and change the date range (defaults to three days) for a more accurate picture of local crime. You may need to zoom in for more details.
This free service provides reliable, timely information and can assist in keeping the public informed about what is going on in the community. The Police Department encourages the community to use the information to help in crime prevention efforts in their neighborhoods.
The crime map is accessible 24 hours a day via the website and even lets local citizens sign up for free customized email alerts.
Notice: The Lake Forest Park Police Department’s Policy Manual is the current published version. This document will be reviewed or updated monthly to maintain the accuracy of current operational Lake Forest Park Police Department Policy.
