You can obtain a Traffic Accident/Collision Report through a Police Public Records Request or with the report distribution program at

To request a collision report through CrashDocs, you will need the last name of an involved person, date of collision, and the report number. Fees for reports from CrashDocs vary.

Fees

Collisions occurring outside the city of Lake Forest Park can be obtained from Washington State Patrol through their Washington Requests for Electronic Collision Records (WRECR) system. Please be aware that fees may vary when requesting records from WSP.
