Public Comment at Regular Hybrid Planning Commission Meetings

Public Comments

The Planning Commission is providing opportunities for public comment by submitting a written comment to the Community Development Director prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting or by attending the meeting in person to provide oral public comment. Written comments will not be read aloud, but will be forwarded to the Planning Commission as indicated below.

If you are attending the meeting in person, there is a sign-in sheet located near the entrance to the room. Fill out the form and the Planning Commission Chair or designee will call your name at the appropriate time. Oral comments are limited to 3:00 minutes per speaker. Oral comments are not being accepted via Zoom.

Public Hearing Comments

The Planning Commission will accept both oral and written comments for its public hearings. Written comments will not be read aloud, but will be forwarded to the Planning Commission as indicated below.

Written Comments - To submit a written Public Hearing Comment, send an email to Community Development Director Mark Hofman. Written comments that are received prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day of the Public Hearing will be sent to the Planning Commission prior to the public hearing.

Oral Testimony – Oral Public Testimony will  be accepted from individuals who are attending the meeting in person. If you are attending the meeting in person, there is a sign-in sheet located near the entrance to the room.
