2. I agree to transfer this case from Lake Forest Park Municipal Court to the Shoreline/Lake Forest Park Youth Court.  I understand by doing so I am agreeing to the following terms:

   
   

   TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS

   
   

   1. I admit to the commission of this infraction and do not seek a contested hearing on the facts.
   2. I have not had a prior traffic infraction referred to a “youth” or “teen” court.
   3. I do not have a conviction for a violation of any provision of Title RCW 46 nor am I under the jurisdiction of any court for violation of any provision of Title RCW 46.
   4. I will abide by the conditions set by the Shoreline/Lake Forest Park Youth Court and have no further traffic infractions for a period of 6 months from today’s transfer date, pending payment of the transfer fee.  At the end of the probation period, the Youth Court will notify LFP Municipal Court of proof of compliance or non-compliance with Youth Court conditions.  Upon successful completion of the conditions, the infraction will be dismissed.
   5. I agree to pay the LFP Municipal Court $30 in costs to transfer the case to Youth Court. If I fail to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by the Youth Court, the case will be returned to the LFP Municipal Court where a finding of “committed” will be entered and the full amount of the fine imposed.  The fine must be paid within 30 days of the date set forth in the Youth Court Notice of Non-Compliance.
   6. I understand that if, in the event I am required to pay the fine to LFP Municipal Court, failure to pay will result in notification by the Court to the Department of Licensing, which could result in the suspension of my license or privilege to drive until the fine is paid.
   7. A charge of Negligent Driving 2^nd degree or Speed 20mph over or more will require completing a Defensive Driving School Level 1 course in addition to any conditions imposed by Youth Court
