  4. I agree to accept the Court's decision as final.*
  5. I understand that failure to pay as promised, or to comply with a payment plan, or to comply with the terms and conditions imposed by the Court, may result in the suspension of my driving privileges, referral to a collection agency and additional fees or penalties.*
  6. I hereby certify under penalty of perjury of the laws of the State of Washington that my foregoing statement is true and correct.*
  7. Fine Payment
All fine payments must be paid in full and received by the Court within 30 days from the date of this order or a $52 penalty will be added. Additionally, unpaid fines will be referred to a collection agency and may result in the suspension of your driving privilege. You may contact the Court for a time payment plan.
  8. Deferred Finding
A deferred finding may be granted once every 7 years. If you have a CDL you are not eligible for the deferred finding program. The traffic infraction will be dismissed and will not appear on the DOL abstract with full compliance with the deferred finding program. Failure to comply will result in a finding of committed, imposition of the full original penalty amount and notice to DOL which may result in a suspension of the driving privilege. Failure to pay may result in referral to a collection agency. The filing of any infraction with an offense date after entry of this order shall be considered a new violation, unless the case has been found not to have been committed. The administrative fee is $175 and the deferral period is 6 months.
  9. Youth Court
Traffic infractions may be eligible for transfer to the Shoreline/Lake Forest Park Youth Court. The deferral period is 6 months and the transfer fee is $30. You must admit to the infraction and give up the right to a contested hearing. You cannot have had a previous referral to a "youth" or "teen" court. You cannot have a conviction for a violation of any provision of Title RCW 46 nor be under the jurisdiction of any court for violation of any provision of Title RCW 46. You must comply with all conditions set by the Youth Court and have no further traffic violations during the deferral period. Upon successful completion, the infraction will be dismissed. Failure to comply with all conditions of Youth Court will result in a finding of committed, notice to DOL which may result in the suspension of the driving privilege and referral to a collection agency.
