Yes.

2. How often do I have to submit tax reports?

Quarterly or annually. The City determines the filing frequency based on a number of factors. Taxpayers are welcome to request a change in filing frequency by contacting the City's Finance Department at 206-368-5440.

3. When are tax returns due?

The last day of the month following the last day of the reporting period:
Q1 returns are due April 30
Q2 returns are due July 31
Q3 returns are due October 31
Q4 returns are due January 31.
Annual returns are due on January 31.

4. Do I have to file a tax report if I have no gross receipts in LFP during the quarter?

Yes, returns must be filed, even if no tax is due. "No tax due (zero) returns" can now also be faxed to 206-957-2830.

5. What classification should I report for LFP local B & O tax?

Address changes must be made in writing and sent in by U.S. mail, email (heidi@cityoflfp.com), or on a tax return.
